Pricing: Condition, size, furniture, and services needed on the property will be considered in determining final pricing. Initial first cleaning will be a deep/detailed deep cleaning. Future maintenance cleanings will be lower in price, price adjustments may apply with conditions of the property.

Payment: Deposit of half the payment is due before the day of cleaning to secure services. No completion of deposit will result in a cancellation. The other half (and any additional charges added during cleaning) will be due the day of service completion. Late fee per day will be $25. Payments are accepted online through our client portal or cash.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If at any time you are not satisfied with our services, give us a call within 24 hours and the area will be cleaned again free of charge. No refunds.

Rescheduling: Customers are given a 48 hour grace period to give notice of rescheduling a service. Anything less than can be charged up to 50% or more of initial service charge. Conditions may apply.

Access to Property: We ask that the property be vacant during cleanings if possible. Ensure cleaners have access to the property, if entry is not possible you will be liable for loss of time and cost of travel. Cancelation will result with no entry and no refund of deposit.

Travel Cost: Services over 40 miles of travel will be charged a travel fee.

Pets: Please ensure safety and efficiency for our cleaners by detaining animals before arrival. DISCLAIMER: We do not clean animal feces, or ANY hazardous materials. A pet fee may apply if excessive fur/hair is present on the property.

Preparation for Services: Clients will have a list to follow to prepare for cleaning services. We ask that our clients have this done before arrival.

Termination of Service: Reoccurring customers are required to give a 30 day notice when terminating services. Charges will apply with anything less than 30 days of notice.

*We have the right to terminate services immediately if harassment of any kind occurs.

Media: We create content with videos and pictures of our work to post on social media. We do not disclose personal information of our clients. You can choose to opt out.

Liability and Insurance: Mercy Cleans LLC maintains appropriate liability insurance. Mercy Cleans LLC is not liable for damage to unsecured or fragile items or pre-existing damage.
